  I'm CEO of a new tech startup with a very gifted (and well respected) CTO. We are pre-funding. I'd like to find a great PHP developer to help us launch a few new features.
  
  You will get to know a small team (4) who are working on a very well strategically placed website. Also, it's for the social good, so you'll be making the world a better place :)
  
  Since we are pre-funding, this is a no pay job. However we have investor prospects who have expressed interest and we communicate with regularly.
  
  I'm happy to work out a partial trade deal with the right candidate to help you in your other projects. I have 35+ certifications in marketing, design, and UX.
