Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hello,
  
  I would like to partner up with a very talented designer to develop premium responsive themes (bootstrap, wordpress, concrete5, squarespace, etc.) so we can sell them on ThemeForest and other market place web sites.
  
  What can I bring to the table?
  - I set up a LLC in the US and own a trademark under which we could sell the themes.
  - I'm a driven mobile and software developer with 15 years experience that can get things done.
  - I developed a script that can quickly assemble html and assets and generate different theme variations for different CMS, color schemes, and master layouts.
  - I have a lot of experience developing web sites and templates.
  - I also own a working shopping cart site for templates which we could use to sell in case templates are not accepted at ThemeForest or the other sites.
  - I have the funds to buy stock images with extended license.
  
  What am I looking for?
  - Mostly ux design talent (which I don't have a ton of :)
  - Ability to quickly create detailed, stunning UI themes
  - Someone who is fun to work with.
  
  What do you get out of it?
  - A share of every theme sale that we collaborate on. We can talk about percentages.
  - Ability to sell your designs without having to do any coding.
  - Building your portfolio so that you can showcase it (for resume or freelancer sites)
