  We are a startup that is developing cross-platform, browser-neutral, mobile-friendly web applications. We are seeking an experienced USA based freelance web developer with both programming and design skills, both frontend and backend skills, to work in a lamp environment. Please note: we need strong backend programming skills with experience in software development and testing.
  
  We have drafted a series of requirements for an infrastructure that will serve as a common framework for the sales, delivery, and management of the various web applications we intend to build. In addition, we have developed a draft of the requirements for a series of web applications, which are designed to serve the needs of a diverse collection of not-for-profit organizations, educators and businesses. We now require the 3rd member of our team to work collaboratively with us.
