Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are a very small but very engineering (and sales) focused startup working on next-gen tooling for other engineers. We are located in SF, CA.
  
  Unfortunately what that means is that we can't design our way out of a paper sack. However, we recognize that we really do need someone on the team who has this as a core - not just buying stuff off of 99designs.

  So we are looking for someone who is interested in the space - primarily we market towards other engineers but we sell to enterprise and small business and you guessed it - other startups - of course.
  
  We also have the opinion that you don't necessarily need to be hardcore engineering or hardcore design thinking only - we think the two can co-exist and actually complement each other.
  
  While we would prefer someone at the founder level we are also open to all sorts of arrangements - whatever we can do to make it happen.
