Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  I have been working on a personal project for about 4 Months now and have gotten quite far on my own, but it has gotten to the point where i cannot do this on my own anymore. I need help.
  
  The project that i am working on is a social mobile app that its sole purpose is to bring Twitter, Instagram and Vine together and make them as one.
  
  Now, so far i have showed this app to many people, i am talking about people that are not family or close friends here, and every single one of them loved it. They all wished it was already out in the market to use because it is something they really want.
  
  I even went so much as presenting it in an event to see what people thought about it and many loved it(i wasn't looking for investors or anything yet, just wanted some input)
  
  I have graphic design taken care of and the app is about 40% finished (without the website).
