Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hello.
  
  My name is Oded , i'm an internet entreprenuer who is looking for a partner to handle my web pages design and branding.
  
  What happens basiclly is that i create / PLR / buy / co-produce a product. I handle all the content that will be displayed , marketing , payment gateway , customer support , customer care, distribution etc.
  
  Currently i am paying for each product to create the sales pages / squeeze pages / web sites which is inconssistent and very unefficient, not to mention pricey.
  
  I would like to partner with a designer who would take on the role of artistic producer , this means receiving a product , reading the sales pages content and creating a design for it as well as branding it, logo , etc.
  
  There is some budget for tools / templates / etc.
  
  I am looking for someone who is in this for the LONG run , my products sell from 9$ to 150$, and i offer full disclosure about sales, this means you would be able to see how much money is coming to you at every possible moment.

  This product which costs ~27$ means that every sale is 3-4 dollar woth to YOU ! , so far i've sold 120+ apps. so this page (which i payed 157$ for) could have made you ~400$ already ...
