Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We've a potential client using an old Wordpress website that wants us to redesign and improve the look and feel.
  
  They've got an existing WP Job Manager plugin with some bespoke coding to send job applications to an external database and email the PDF to a few different parties.
  
  We've access to the old existing code for this functionality, but we need to move it over to a new Wordpress Installation and re-host the external database. This aspect is slightly outside our skill set, and we'd love some assistance from a good Wordpress php developer.
