Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a freelance webdesigner, located near Paris. I am looking for an amical parnertship for a development of a WordPress community plugin and for establish a small business. If ever you are interested to make our own CMS, WordPress is not important. I am open for ideas !
