  Successful entrepreneur looking for a professional web developer to join our team. Working in the investment industry, we believe we have a concept that will be ground breaking in the investment community and how stocks are evaluated online. Though we have interested investors, we first need a working product and would need someone who will work for equity in our start-up company.
  
  We have a prototype site to illustrate the general concept, and a full business model available for serious inquires.
  
  A job description might include: Programmer/ Web Developer to build a social media website that has unique coded processes. This will include typical functionality for social media, iphone app, and proprietary technology that will allow millions of users to utilize the site daily for interaction with the investment community. Site to include: profile pages, group pages, adding friends, posting/ comment capabilities, blog, voting/ rating system, activity feed, integration of some live feeds such as stock quotes, etc.
  
  Some suggested qualifications might include:
