Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Developer based in Brooklyn, NY seeking a local designer (5 Boroughs) to collaborate with on a regular basis. Probably 2+ projects per month. Time is flexible but I basically need a designer to collaborate with to create design concepts for clients. Once the concepts are accepted, I will just need the home page, and couple of inner pages designed. This is how each project will go.
