Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  This opportunity has already received open interests from investors. However, I lack technical programming skills. Therefore, I need someone to be a part of this company to help build a minimum viable product before I am able to secure funding.
  
  I am looking for someone who can build a social networking site and take the lead. I am offering this person equity, which will be negotiable, in this company. You will have two people who can assist you in basic programming tasks.
  
  I will provide the strategic business development including marketing, finance, business operations, and partnership dealings with stakeholders including investors.
  
  The ideal person for this opportunity is someone reliable, trustworthy, dedicated, creative, and ambitious. A passionate sports fan would also be ideal but not required.
