Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm having a promising start-up and is looking for a CTO or product manager to do all the coding and product development.
  There is a team of people right now working on it and the project will go through seed funding in next 2-3 month.
  Right now, I can't afford to pay, but as soon as we get the funds, you're gonna be hired as full-time and get paid.
  
  The company will be based in San Francisco, but currently you can work remotely.
  
  So, I'm looking for someone preferably young but experienced and looking for challenges in order to achieve a lot of experiences and share the vision of creating something different with us.
