  This is an on going project in the UK I have had a guy working on this from Indian, he is unreliable and late! this is whats been done so far, but he keeps going on the missing list, and does not follow spec, as he just delivered this with a swf builder not mp4 as requested! this is what he's done so far (and been paid half!)

  I require a slide show builder with 2 channels of audio, one fade transition between images, variable times on each image shown controlled by the up loader and a over image text service with (site) water mark on each uploaded image, (the slide shows are only meet to play on mobile and smart device so images can be reduced to a quality that shows on iphone/pad size units). earphone listening only.
  
  Once the user has built the sideshow they can download it as a full with images file that will play across all mobile platforms (or to download as required to play across all platforms) as small in mb as possible without loss of quality.
  
  The user will then upload that or those downloaded file to a small local server with a LAN that they run at the entrance of their attraction to offer the free audio tours to their visitors.
  
  So if I use you (the reader of this) as an example! you go to your local museum, you see the "inForm-me" poster that tells you there are free audio tours available to download, you go on your phones wi fi and see the "inForm-me" hot spot, you click to connect and it asks for your password or to join! once on the Local sever you will see a choice of tours for the site you are visiting which you download lick a song/video to your phone. you must use your earphones to listen!

  I all ready have a number of museums waiting to act as beta testers, so this will be a fast moving project, I have no issues with age, genda or ethnicity as long as you can do the job! though I would prefer UK based programmers as I expect this project to move on to bigger things, north of England (LEEDS) even better.
