Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I'm a freelance web programmer, and every once in a while I need the services of a web designer. Right now I need one for a specific job. My client owns this site: http://eplis.net/ and wants to re-design, but keeping as much of the current design as possible. It has 60+ pages. It tries to resemble http://www.aliexpress.com/ (but we don't want a copy). It would be ideal if you could handle HTML + CSS, but otherwise I can take care of it. We should have to come up with an estimated price in these next days.
