Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a graphic designer to do the design work for a small mobile puzzle game I'm working on currently (already have a prototype with placeholder graphics), as well as a few future projects. Newbies are welcome to respond, as long as you have skills and something to show for it.
  
  I'd prefer a partner to share equity with (apps will be monetized), but simple payment for the graphics is also an option.
