Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am an experienced designer working in WordPress. I can build the sites alone but now don't have much time and would like to hand off the technical part. Would like someone who could assist with the technical and production side while I do design. I also could provide some Social Media work. This would be just a little time in the beginning but could grow. Need to be in the EST or similar.
