Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a front end developer with strong design skills. I've designed an application for basically facilitating trade between individuals. It's a complementary currency to limited currency systems. I've designed what will be the first launch iteration to be as paired down and simple as possible.
  
  Looking for a programmer with passion and a will to change the world for the better. This application will need strong security of course, fairly smart searching, some clever methods for avoiding users making multiple accounts (I have some ideas). I have a very lofty vision of it being decentralized similar to bitcoin, but not stuck on that.
  
  Without filtering my ambition in this listing, I am very practical. I currently work at a software company developing survey authoring and data reporting tools, so I am aware of constraints and reasonable deliverable.
