  I agree there are many sites, however I assure you that my design will be innovative and I plan to have very cost effective plans on the website.
  
  Model of working: I will provide the requirements in detail and regular updates for which i will get 30% of the sales. You will be handling hosting, designing and marketing for which you will get 70% of the sales.
