Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for someone for a long term partnership to start up a theme website and sell on theme forest. I currently work for an creative agency and can produce some kick ass designs.
  
  I am in need of a long term partner that can help with the HTML5 responsive backend of things. I am pretty skilled on that side of the fence too and can help out but would love to slit the work load to someone that truly enjoys coding.
  
  If I am lucky I would like someone that can develop the theme into wordpress. If you only know responsive html5, css3 with jquery skills. That is fine I can find a wordpress developer too.
