Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a designer to partner with in order to design and create wordpress themes that will then be sold on websites like Themeforest.
  
  I'm looking for a designer who is knowledgable about web design, and knows the latest web design trends. Also a basic understanding of CSS and HTML would be nice although it is not completely necessary.
  
  Revenue from sales will be split 40/60 since I will be doing more work. However if you are able to contribute to the coding we can negotiate the revenue share.
