Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for people to build a online team that governs itself..you don't need to be expert as long as you are willing to learn and advance from other team members and on your own.
  
  A team of 5-8 dedicated, honest, and skilled would be best.
  
  I need people who are:
  
  -web designers (create mockups)
  -backend developer PHP (one good framework, databases, etc)
  -javascript,css,php
  
  I dont have any idea in my mind right now but i do have many ideas...however i want team to work on projects with consensus and divide profits based pre-agreements usually percent etc.
  
  I want team to come up with ideas and choose the best ideas...this way idea will be something that all can relate to.
