  yamp.at is a portal for musicians and fans of the rock and heavy metal genres. At the moment the site is only in german but will be multilingual with the next update.
  The site was designed and put together only by myself in a month or two and was then launched in December 2013.
  
  Here's how it works:
  yamp.at more or less automatically collects information from different sources such as wikipedia, last.fm and facebook pages. There are a ton of more or less unknown but interesting rock and metal bands which need some exposure. yamp.at not only lists bands and artists, also whole genres, festivals and concerts, and suppliers and manufacturers of music instruments are listed on the site.

  What I need:
  I need a partner with some finished projects/businesses and a strong interest in rock music to dedicate some hours per week for this project. You will have to contact and collect new bands and artists, get twitter followers, write content, maybe even do interviews or reviews, post updates in the band profiles, attract more traffic with good content, network with people in the music industry, collect material about music instruments and learning/playing guitar, etc.
  
  Listing a band on yamp.at is completely free. The site's only income stream is affiliate networking with Amazon and in the future also band merchandise shops. It is completely up to you how much time you dedicate to it and we'll simply arrange a percentual share of the income based on time and effort. At the moment the site doesn't generate any income at all because there is not a lot of content yet.
  
  Future updates of the site will contain integration of band merchandise and hopefully tour dates via songkick or similar. The idea is to keep it simple.
