Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Details: I'm a 14 year old entrepreneur from the UK and am looking for a talented designer to join me in the first steps of an exciting new company, you will be responsible for: Web Design / App Design / Software Design
  
  I am looking for an individual who has good experience, but at a young age, preferably under 15, but if you are older than 20 I will definitely look at your application as I believe depth in age can be a huge contributor to the success of a new business, I would also be looking for an individual who could spot gaps in a thriving market for new software/technologies that could benefit the company, so I would be looking for someone with a good knowledge of the technology field.
  
  Notes:
  You will not be offered equity.
  You will be working as a freelancer, but may be full-time after 6 months depending.
  You will be listed as an EMPLOYEE not a BUSINESS PARTNER.
  You will be payed per job, not a fixed salary of yet.
  You will have a contracted agreement of terms that you must abide by.
  
  Possible Salary:
  For example: £400 website, you take home £100 (Negotiable of course)
  For example: £800 website, you take home £250 (Negotiable of course)
  For example: Business creates 4 websites in 1 week and gross profit = £2000 you will take home £500 (£27000 per calendar year) (Negotiable of course)
  
  These are base amounts just for EXAMPLE, real amounts will be agreed.
  
  Salary Configs:
  We will begin as a web consultancy, but will be moving onto more complex projects e.g. App Development/Business/Personal Software, if so, a salary for a £50000 App, would relate to about £3500 per project, but will be negotiated at the time.
  
  NOTE: You will be working with me for the first 3 months, if the business has a good turn over I may bring in another programmer that you WILL have to work with.
  
  You can work online from anywhere in the world.
  
  I WILL NOT DISCRIMINATE IN ANY WAY CHOOSING AN EMPLOYEE. YOU WILL BE JUDGED ON SKILL ATTRIBUTES ONLY.
