Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am starting a music, and map based website that will innovate the music industry to a certain standard and could be used as an industry tool. I am working with a large database collected over several years, and I will have a prototype ready for you to work on. There are three main phases of this website, and the first one is ready to go and be monetized. I am looking for a partner. someone who is ambitious and willing to work on a great project. I would like to finish the prototype by April 31st to apply to a seed accelerator by that date.
