Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a design to help me with some themes for ThemeForest. I've been working with WordPress for a couple of years now, and have been building themes for agencies so I know what I'm doing on that front. I'm just a bad designer, which is where you come in.
  
  If your interested, can you send me other some of your designs for me to take a look at, and a list of any other skills you have that may come in useful to the project (if you have examples of these too, then awesome).
  
  The split is 35% for you, 65% for me, this is negotiable but having worked closely with both developers & designers in the past. To me I would say there is more development work involved. I also have a friend (developer) who is in the process of building a few themes for ThemeForest who will also be interested in a designer if you wanted more opportunities.
