  - Ideally retail brand experience and a good understanding of retail messaging and context;
  - An eagerness to take on project ownership and leadership skills;
  - A self-motivated attitude and a willingness to mentor juniors/mid-levels;
  - Experience in dealing with clients;
  - Excellent mac skills;
  - Passion for quality;
