Writer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I'm looking for someone that can use Photoshop, Illustrator or similar program to create very life-like images of a fictitious character. Unfortunately I only have one very small head shot of the character, since I lost the the other images due to a hard drive crash. So I would need pictures of this character in every day natural settings as she blogs about her life.
  
  So images would need to be very photo realistic or possibly the likeness Photoshopped into an existing image of her in a natural setting.
