  We are seeking a Junior Designer / Design Graduate to join a specialist brand identity design group based in Woodstock, near Oxford.
  
  Founded in 1995, this established design / branding agency work with businesses large and small in producing identities, logos, branding guidelines, brochures and a variety of different print items from display materials through to websites. Working from their beautifully converted barn in rural Oxfordshire you will join a small team (two Partners and a Studio Manager) as a Junior Designer / Design Graduate assisting the production process.
  
  As a Junior Designer with bucket loads of potential you should be a highly creative bright spark that can grow and be nurtured. We must be able to see your potential, your portfolio will need to demonstrate strong graphic design, digital design and traditional illustration skills, but most importantly it will give glimpses of your future brilliance.
  
  Collaborating internally with the creative team (and externally with web developers, marketing specialists and copywriters) you will support the Creative Director on design projects. Whether you are brainstorming branding concepts, or converting mock-ups into final printable files, you will use your natural enthusiasm that bring ideas to life.
