Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  -My web-host updated my hosting and in the process broke a few things on the site.
  
  -Here is an example of a problem:
  1 Click on products (at the top of the page): http://www.skinscustomized.com/en/products/
  2 Click on a product (pick an iPod or something): http://www.skinscustomized.com/en/product/iPod_1st_&_2nd_Generation
  3 Click on "CUSTOM Use your own art!" Button (It's the first button you can choose in the designs area): http://www.skinscustomized.com/en/custom?p=4
  4 Click "I Agree" http://www.skinscustomized.com/en/custom/?s=2&p=4
  5 Then upload an image
  6 Then click next step http://www.skinscustomized.com/en/custom/?s=3&p=4.
  
  -Then you should see a shape with the image you uploaded in that shape.
  
  -What you get now, is that the product outline shows up BUT the image you upload doesn't show up
  
  - If your using Windows/Internet Explorer, you get "Error on Page" when you click it you can see a list of the errors
  
  -But if you go through the process the 2nd time it will work.
  
  -It worked perfectly before the update

  **I need a few things fixed with this site currently. After everything is fixed, I would like to move the site to a more modern platform something like Joomla(?).**
