Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are looking for a programmer for long term, to be part of our team that will work on our network of gaming websites.
  
  Requirements:
  
  - Have English as native language (communication very important)
  - Competent on all programming languages mentioned above.
  - Understand page speed optimization, how to code cleanly and efficiently to reduce loading times and less resources used etc.
  - Provide a portfolio of recent work.
  - Knowledge of action script will be a bonus (but not required).
  
  Communication will be done via Skype.
  
  We are not hiring companies, teams etc. We are hiring one individual to be part of our team. Any messages that seem to be copied and pasted will be instantly deleted.
