  Hello, my name is Damian Gozzett. I am an Entrepreneur & Designer looking for a programmer to help me complete a few ideas & projects i have been playing with.
  
  These projects will be mobile based applications, cross platform. I myself use Unity3D to test out my designs on mobile devices but i lack in coding knowledge. So for a 50/50 split i am looking for someone capable of making my ideas reality. Obviously i will talk through my ideas to any offers made to ensure its worth while (i think they are).
  
  I am hoping to turn this long-term partnership into a fully functioning app development company of which i will register and complete contracts for legal reasons (to ensure you get paid what we negotiate).
  
  If you and someone you know want to fall into partnership i am happy to split it evenly, all profit made will be distributed fairly to all team members (Maximum team members during teething stage will be "4").
