Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for someone for contract work who lives within 5 hours of Eastern Standard Time. We build websites using our own proprietary CMS. I am looking for an individual programmer who can work with our code and is not exclusive with another platform like wordpress or drupal. I am not looking for a designer at this time. If you are a company, I will not respond. If you are a company pretending to be an individual, I will be cross with you. Even though it may sound like I am short tempered, I am not. I just want to be clear and I expect the same from you.
