  As a key member of the Customer Insight team, the Data Analyst / Insight Analyst will conduct analysis, gather requirements, interrogate large transactional databases and support initiatives across the business (CRM, marketing, finance, products, trading and fraud). Whether you are providing strategic input into customer marketing strategies or conducting data analysis to improve profitability it will be your responsibility to gain a deep understanding of the workings of the business and use this to produce improved reporting and analytics that enhance commercial decision making.
  
  As a highly analytical and commercially aware Data Analyst / Insight Analyst you will harvest and interrogate large data sets to find key trends and insights. Paying exceptional attention to detail you should be the type of person that prides themselves on delivering that expert analysis to provide that all important competitive edge.
