Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am CEO and founder of Inventalator, Inc. a web platform that crowdsources new product development. I am looking for two node.js developers who have experience with nosql (mongoDB specifically), javascript, and python. We are looking to hire these two developers full time with the potential for equity in the company.
  
  I am a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with degrees in Accounting and Finance and am self taught in html, CSS, and javascript. I have previous experience in one prior startup that I co-founded that did SEO, adwords, and SEM for local small and medium businesses.
  
  For our current venture, we are seeking seed investment with interest from investors so now is a good time to get in! The website is fully designed, we just need more developers to help connect the back end so we can get it running live.
