  We are a team of 3 (business development, marketing, web design) looking for someone who is capable of creating an efficient and scale-able framework for a new eCommerce startup. Think of creating eBay again from scratch, without any of that template nonsense. We don't believe that we can do your job better than you, so we can guarantee autonomy and a fun experience, along with modest pay.
  
  Please note that I am a skilled web designer with much experience, so no designing will be necessary.
  
  Ideal residency would be around northern NJ, Manhattan, or Brooklyn.
