Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We are looking for a developer to re-code a front page for our organization.
  - It has already been designed (which will be provided)
  - The new design is an iterative improvement of the current page: 95% of the existing code can be reused.
  - Some MySQL / python familiarity is important because the existing search function has to be preserved. We are NOT asking for you to make any changes in the search function or database itself.
