Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I have a working product, but my design is sub par. I need someone that is very good at creating bootstrap/responsive type themes. Doesn't necessarily have to be bootstrap, as long as the final design is marketable. More information will be given upon contact. I won't be able to pay right away, but I am negotiable.
