Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... Well versed in programming / development, you should be the type of person who excels in creative graphics, highlighting core skills in the following areas...
  
  - Excellent C++ or Java programming skills;
  - Excellent knowledge of 3D graphics processing;
  - Strong software engineering approaches to modularity, scalability, performance and memory efficiency;
  - Ability to innovate, learn quickly and take responsibility for new and unfamiliar areas;
  - Highly self-motivated and able to see projects from concept through to completion;
  - Clear and concise communicator of complex ideas;
  - Able and willing to travel internationally (from time to time);
  - Team worker.
  
  Any mathematical skills, especially applied to 3D models, motion, animation etc. and experience developing on Android apps would be highly advantageous. Use of 3D modelling packages (3DS Max, Maya or Blender), experience with GLSL shaders and coding for real-time embedded systems would be desirable but not necessary.
