Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi there,
  
  I am a programmer who freelances for clients (mostly web) who would like to change directions. I am looking to create a 'Software As A Service' product but would need a designer to make this possible. We will both be responsible for out own professions (programming[me] and design[you]) however we both will act as entrepreneurs and have equal say in business matters (50/50). I have a few ideas worth pursuing and a lot of code invested into them - but I am open to ideas that you have.
