Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  This is a team partnership one of the most challenging and interesting project using the true html5 stack we are building for the final release of html5. The project targets a massive industry and has a well defined recipe for success from research and the conducting of experiments. It currently targets an available business space with a viral approach.
  
  I am willing to offer EQUITY to achieve this project as a team. It's not a one off and were done on the first launch, as the approach targets market share and targets a space across multiple devices. This recipe has many ingredients and requires different gourmet chefs to achieve the meal.
  
  To protect your EQUITY as well as mine non-disclosure, non-compete agreements would have to be signed and returned.
  
  Team collaboration environments are already prepared for committed developers parties. I believe the web is 90% about teamwork to achieve something great, and the best works are always defined by strong teams.
  
  This not going to fail once collaboration and attention to detail and a common vision is worked towards and it depends on all our collaborative ideas and efforts. Details of the SCOPE OF WORKS would be revealed to all parties.
  
  High returns requires High Risk, but the risk has to be managed. Right now I can only reveal enough to get interested parties but if programmers accept I would provide the Mindmap of the plan that should paint a clearer picture of what this project is.
  
  If you're looking for a one time payment for your skill then, I am surely looking at funding too as I am actively pursuing investors, but there is a loop! Investors want to see a prototype and that takes time skill and resources to deliver. After the delivery of the prototype and the investment from investors there would be no more opportunity for Equity investment as it would be sealed. This is to maintain all fairness to developers who have contributed upfront.
  
  I am targeting a $65 Billion dollar industry and there is no question the we capture an extremely comfortable piece of this so for me failure means some level of profit as we would have invested upfront in the prototypes.
  
  This project is about being consistent in our delivery with unwavering focus to ensure we build a population. I know the web is not about an individual and the best projects are defined by collaboration. Ask yourself how many individuals have you seen become successful working alone.
  
  I know there are a lot of excellent programmers both schooled and self taught. Having a sound education is an strong asset and people learn differently but in the end what truly matters in the end is a dynamic team.
  
  This project is about consistency and accuracy not speed!
