Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My background is in design and front-end development with years of experience as a creative director. Lately, I've been itching badly for another entrepreneurial adventure. So let me go straight to it.
  
  I'm looking for an experienced programmer to partner with for a new startup venture. I'm especially interested if you possess PHP & JavaScript skills. Big bonus if you also know C++. I really don't care how old you are, as long as you have a good background and you're really good at what you do.
  
  You will join me and one other person to partner in bootstrapping small software and/or web products into revenue-producing businesses that we can share. We have plenty of ideas, design talent, marketing knowledge, an office at an amazing location, and good all-around personalities. The last puzzle to this piece is a knowledgeable programmer. The goal is to become a super profitable young startup company that disrupts the industries we target.
  
  None of us will get paid, at least for now, until the business generates revenue. We are looking for the right person to partner with and build a company. Percentages, salaries, positions, etc... will be discussed and handled professionally with proper operating agreements and so-forth.
  
  On a side note, we also have a good sized workspace that you can work from on a daily basis. This is also good because we would be in the same vicinity exchanging ideas when we please.
  
  Seriously though, we just feel its time to expand our human existence and really leave a mark on this planet before sailing off into the unknown.
