Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am seeking an extremely zealous and self-motivated Web Developer who holds a strong desire for technology and has sound coding ability coupled with an eye for detail.
  
  - Hot frontend coding skills in HTML 5 CSS 3, Javascript and an accompanying library such as Jquery
  - Good knowledge and ability with backend technologies such PHP, MySQL or similar
  - Experience in creating responsive websites, ecommerce websites, and developing for mobile web
  - You have strong communication skills.

  I am looking for someone who is confident in taking PSDs and turning them into pixel perfect functional websites using the latest web technologies and coding techniques. In return I am willing to share 50% of project fees with you. I would like to have a long term relationship which would consist of sharing project work and skills. My background is in Visual Design and User Experience and working on large E-commerce websites and heavy content data & search driven websites and from this background I am happy to share my experience and skills with the successful person. In addition to this work I would eventually like to bring the successful individual onto working on an exciting online business idea which is a separate stream of work from the general web development work.
