  To qualify... We are seeking degree educated (or the equivalent commercial experience) Graduate Web Developers / Front End Developers with CVs that can demonstrate the following:
  
  Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3;
  The ability to use Frameworks to accomplish web designs quickly and effectively e.g Bootstrap, Foundation and Boilerplate;
  SASS/LESS you would never consider embarking on a project without these tools to produce your CSS;
  A thorough understanding of Responsive Web Design;
  A keen design eye;
  Workarounds for IE's and progressive enrichment techniques for giving all users access to content;
  Knowledge of JavaScript;
  A knowledge of WP, Drupal, Expression Engine, DotNetNuke or Joomla.
