Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I have a couple of web-builds coming up and am looking for a reasonably priced developer that can work closely with me in developing these sites - with a view to an ongoing relationship in the future.
  
  I need somebody reliable, with a bit of a designers eye, and the ability to take the initiative in regard to decision. Also somebody that can have input and make suggestions on the design and interaction elements of a site, so that together we can bring every project to life.
