Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to assemble a team consisting of a Programmer and Designer to build the next evolution of Social Media for tablets and traditional computer platforms. I will be happy to discuss the opportunity in detail through other communication channels, ie: Skype, Face2Face, etc. You must be willing to sign a business plan non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect trade secrets prior to any potential patents that are created. I am looking for this to be a cohesive team, where we share the same vision and passion to succeed.
  
  With regard to payment, I will be providing equity within the company in order for you to share in profits. As with all startups, there is always the risk of failure. I believe that vision, passion and dedicated leadership will lead to us to great opportunities.
