Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking to establish an on-going working relationship with a competent and easy-to-work with developer on web design projects as needed by my clients.
  
  I must be able to discuss a potential project with you, outline web design needs and get your thoughts and estimate regarding costs and time.
  
  I'm looking for a developer who:
  - Can take final design comps (layered PSDs) through to completed web pages
  - Is fluent with HTML5 & CSS3
  - Working knowledge of PHP (mainly needed for custom contact forms)
  - Experience in designing for Wordpress and/or being able to edit/customize/create templates

  I work as a freelance graphic designer providing print, web & branding services. Currently located in in Seattle, WA.
  
  I have a decent working knowledge of HTML and CSS (see my website for example, which I completely hand-coded: www.TheDesignKoop.com) so I'm comfortable discussing web projects in developer-terms.
