  To qualify... You will need to be an adaptable, innovative and creative Digital Designer / Online Designer who can demonstrate:
  
  - Outstanding designs for the web and digital/online marketing projects;
  - An excellent understanding in Adobe CS: Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver etc;
  - Knowledge in XHTML, CSS and JavaScript from a design perspective;
  - The ability to design and build HTML email templates;
  - The ability to work well under pressure, adhere to tight deadlines and work well within a team;
  - A passion for the latest web technologies, enhancing creative concepts to give designs impact;
  - Knowledge in best design practices including layout, typography, browser and email client compatibility;
  - The ability to work on multiple projects and be adaptable.
