Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We're looking for Drupal/php developer to join our team as a co-founder of our London based start up. Lendit is positioning itself to be the 'eBay for lending' in the UK.
  
  We want to find someone passionate about building a groundbreaking new online business, something we believe strongly we have with Lendit. We have already made great strides in building the core of the business, but now want a developer to join us to progress the venture further.
  
  
  To provide a little background on the business. Lendit is an online marketplace where our members can lend and borrow everyday items with one another within their local community. It could be a snowboard, lawnmower, tents, tools, and all manor of items used occasionally. Our members can make and save money renting rather than buying, it very convenient being a highly local network, its community driven and if that wasn't enough, more environmentally friendly. In short, we could be described as an 'eBay for renting'.
  
  
  We currently have a well developed MVP but want someone to join us as we progress through Beta and Launch. The site has been built in Drupal 7, given this we would prefer people with a knowledge of Drupal. However we are open to any developer interested in learning this framework or with complimentary skills quick at picking up new systems. This could be an experienced developer or someone fairly new to the area, such as a student studying in this area.
  
  We are offering equity in the business and a significant say in the overall running of the company in the role of CTO. This role is for a partner, rather than a 'gun for hire', as we are looking to bring someone onboard for the long term as we grow the business.
