Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are a small design studio specializing in fully custom wordpress blogs and small business sites. As our business grows we are seeking an ongoing partnership with a wordpress coder/developer who can take a complete design and code a custom wordpress site quickly and efficiently. Occasionally we also have the need for enhanced, customized wordpress functionality and would love someone with some plugin/widget development experience. Familiarity with responsive design would be great as well, as our clients are increasingly asking for such capabilities. If we collaborate well together there is the potential to work on 4-5 projects each month or more, especially since many of our sites are similar in structure/function and can recycle much of the same code.
