  i am looking for a web designer and a programmer to help with a startup business. Our funds are limited right now but we are expected get more revenue within the next couple of months.
  
  i dont want to be rude, which i think a lot of people will think i am. But i am looking for someone who is interested in getting more experience, maybe to build more experience, a portfolio etc. I may not be able to pay you what you are worth at this time, but i will make it worth your while once we have more revenue coming in.
